Harmonious Children Rehabilitation Association (HCRA) is a secular non-governmental organization established in April 2001. HCRA adopts a comprehensive, multidimensional, and integrated approach to serving children with multiple disabilities (Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Speech & Hearing Challenged & Down Syndrome) . The organization prioritizes the creation of a nurturing home-like environment within the school setting, enabling children to reclaim their lost childhood and acquire the skills necessary for integration into society. HCRA focuses particularly on individuals facing additional marginalization due to poverty, stress, or other factors.
Our organization, the Harmonious Children Rehabilitation Association (HCRA), is dedicated to serving children with disabilities, particularly those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. We strive to provide comprehensive programs and services tailored to meet the unique needs of these children and support their overall development. Our initiatives include access to medical care, specialized rehabilitation services, vocational training, educational support, and social integration programs. HCRA operates on the principle of inclusivity and non-discrimination, ensuring that all children, regardless of their background, receive the care and support they deserve. Our services are primarily targeted towards children from financially vulnerable families, and we aim to reach as many children as possible through our outreach efforts. Through the generosity of donors, we are able to sustain our programs and make a positive impact in the lives of these children. All donations to HCRA are tax-exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961, enabling us to continue our mission of serving those in need.
All our programme run on donations.
